Think of any combination of High, Faster, or Further.
Records are meant to be broken.
Stratos was cool, but there could still be a stratospheric balloon flight to 145,000 ft that would place the free fall in the Mach 2.0 speed range.
Also there has not been a female sky diver to break the sound barrier.
The next revolution in long distance motor vehicle jumps will require drastic changes in the method of testing to provide a safe way to exponentially grow the distances covered in flight. This does not mean a bigger engine and ramp, but a re-design of the vehicles in use.
World of drifting cars has grown, but has not hit its limit capability or style. Many methods and modifications to the cars can be added to increase the capability of the drivers.
Green powered vehicle records are just beginning to prove how much science we understand that has not yet been applied.
The creation of Roboracing league using formula one style cars to race on full size tracks will in the near future be capable of challenging human drivers just like Deep Blue defeated Kasprov in chess in 1996. This may lead to the future of autonomous drone racing to become the three dimension flight path of future vehicle racing. Once a human can be challenged in driving the next level would be flight.
Not all thing in the future will be computer controlled. Life is generally about the human experience. What we know from what we have seen or felt, and what we will do next based on our perspective of it. Robots are cool, but who is going to be the next big inspiration for the future generation.
There are many ideas that come to mind when people ask what is next. I believe there are so many simple answers to the question the people over look. One of my favorite replies is to ask "What is an event that has inspired you, and how would you make it better?"
I enjoy working with people to develop methods for pushing limits in not just small increments but by leaps and bonds.
Not all of my ideas are posted here for the simple reason not giving away all of my thoughts. If you would like to discuss projects please fill free to email me on the Contact page.
