Virgin Orbit Propulsion Testing

Virgin Orbit split from Virgin Galactic to create a two stage air launch to orbit rocket system. Virgin Orbit bought a Boeing 747 from Virgin Atlantic named Cosmic Girl, for the purpose of an air launch platform, that is less restricted in the location and desired orbit to be achieved. First and second stages rocket engines were RP-1/LOX, being developed at the Mojave Air and Space Port test stands.
